How buying from Jeztola Store works.
What Jeztola Store sells
Digital top-ups and gift cards for games and online services. You buy one package per order and pay in USD.
Delivery
Automatic packages are delivered within minutes of a confirmed payment. Manual packages are delivered by our team during support hours, 09:00 to 22:00 Somalia time. Your order page always shows the authoritative status.
Your account details
You are responsible for the player ID, server, and account details you enter. A top-up sent to the details you provided cannot be reversed.
Payments
Payment is taken through EVC Plus, Jeeb, Zaad, Sahal, or card. An order is only fulfilled after the provider confirms the payment.
Refunds
If part of an order cannot be delivered, we refund the undelivered part to the payment method you used. Delivered items are not refundable.
Points
You earn one point for every full dollar paid on a completed order. Points can pay for part of a future order. Points from a refunded order are reversed.
Support
Contact us from your order page if something looks wrong. Keep your delivery codes private; we never ask for them.
