What Jeztola Store stores, what it never stores, and who else sees it.
How you sign in
You sign in with Google. Jeztola Store has no password of its own and never sees your provider password. We keep the verified email address and available profile name from your provider, and a signed cookie that keeps you signed in on this device.
What you type into an order
The player ID, server, and any other details a package asks for are encrypted before they are stored. They are sent to the supplier who fills the order, because that is what delivers it to the right account, and they are shown back to you on your own order page.
Passwords for other services
A few packages, such as eFootball and TikTok coins, can only be delivered by signing in as you. Where that is needed, the password you give is never written to our database at all. It is encrypted, held for at most 24 hours, and destroyed the first time the staff member delivering your order reads it. If it is never read, it expires on its own.
Paying
Payments are taken by EVC Plus, Jeeb, Zaad, Sahal, or Paystack. Your card number and wallet PIN are entered with the payment provider and never reach Jeztola Store. We keep what the provider tells us about the payment: whether it succeeded, its reference, and the amount. A phone number you give for a wallet payment is encrypted.
What we deliver
Delivery codes are encrypted and are revealed to you on your order page. We record when a code was first revealed, so that a code shown once cannot quietly be shown as new again.
Who else sees your details
The supplier that fulfils your order receives what is needed to deliver it and nothing more. Google handles sign-in. The payment provider handles the payment. We send order emails through an email service. We do not sell your details and do not use them for advertising.
What staff can see
Staff delivering a manual order see what you typed for that order, because they cannot deliver it otherwise. Every administrative action is recorded with who did it and when, and that record cannot be edited or deleted.
Your account
You can see your own orders, points, and sessions from your profile, and sign out of every device at once. Ask us to close your account and we will remove your personal details from it; records the law or our accounts require us to keep are kept without them.
